3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with single bed).
1 living room with two sofas.
1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric toaster, blender and microwave.
1 bathroom with shower.
Patio with barbecue and table.
There is also a terrace for those who want to sunbathe.
Ideal for up to 5 persons ( +1 extra person). A sofa-bed will be available to the 6th person.
Offers wi-fi internet, television with four channels.
Free parking very close to the house.
Very nearby you can rent surfboards, bicycles and scooters, or even resort to surf schools.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

Total süß ländlich gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen mit 2 Terrassen. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Straße, Sackgasse, kein Durchgangsverkehr. Und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig. Bushaltestelle 100 m weiter, Busbahnhof auch in der Nähe. Zum Strand fußläufig 3-4 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art: von kleiner Einkaufspassage ganz in der Nähe bis 4 Supermärkten 5 Min mit dem Auto. Restaurants, Cafes, Konditoreien - alles was das Herz begehrt.

I enjoyed the two weeks I spent in this house. It's very nice and spacious and it was just perfect for 6 people. Located in a very calm neighbourhood. The patio and attic are great and can even fit a small pool for the kids. The hostess is very welcoming and responsive. Small remarks: the fridge could be bigger, mosquito nets are missing, nice to have light bulbs over the bathroom mirror. Thanks a lot!

Cette petite maison en apparence est bien plus spacieuse que l'on imagine. Elle est très bien située près de la mer, d'un petit centre commercial, du centre avec ses restaurants et ses très jolies maisons. On peut garer sa voiture devant la porte d'entrée. Les chambres sont confortables. Elles sont toutes individualisées dans la décoration, dans le mobilier. La salle à manger-salon est grande. elle ouvre sur une petite terrasse avec chaises, tables et barbecue. Un petit escalier extérieur mène à une autre terrasse "solarium", que nous n'avons pas utilisée en mai, mais qui en été doit être très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée. La salle de bain est grande. Il manque un peu de lumière au dessus du lavabo. C'est un peu sombre quand on doit se raser de près... Mais c'est vraiment un détail. Alda est une hôtesse très accueillante, très gentille. Le fait qu'elle ne parle que portugais n'empêche pas de se comprendre, et ses conseils de visite et de restaurants peuvent être utiles. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la maison du phare (thème de la décoration intérieure) et nous remercions encore Alda et Rui pour leur accueil et leur convivialité.

“Myself and a few friends stayed here for a weeks surf trip. It was perfect for us and was not too faraway from the El Matadouro and an easy drive from a number other good breaks. The accommodation in the old fisherman’s home was excellent. We cooked fresh fish on the built in BBQ and watched the sun go down from the door terrace. The whole stay and apartment was perfect. We’ll be back!! Thanks Rui!”

Lors de notre séjour nous avons eu un petit souci et Alda la propriétaire a résolu le problème rapidement. Très bon séjour nous gardons les coordonnées pour y revenir. Pas besoin de voiture tout se trouve à côté, maison bien équipée et confortable.
