A totally rebuilt old country rural home, situated in a tranquil rural area but still very close (only 8km ) to the beautiful fishing village of Ericeira and the renown Surfing beach "Praia da Ribeira d'Ilhas".
It has its own land where you can grow your own vegetables etc...
It is ideal for up to eight people or 4 more with an extra small fee.
The second floor was lined with wood which gave it a very cosy medieval look.
It has a suite the bathroom has only a shower.
Another room with a rustic bed a wood closet and a small desk for a computer.
The first floor has another two bedrooms that also have closets, one of the rooms has a double bed the other two individual beds.
The American style kitchen is totally equipped with: Electric oven and electric stove a 3,5 meters table to
fit everyone, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
It has a pantry and large storage closet.
The exterior has a large carport with barbecue, table chairs etc..
There's also parking garage for up to 5 cars with electric door.
This lovely place is situated only 8km from Ericeira and its great beaches.
Historic Sintra is only 35km away, "Cabo da Roca" the western most point of continental Europe is only 37km.
And of course Lisbon our capital with all its splendor and culture is 40km away.
.Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

“Um espaço bastante agradável com muito boas condições e bastante cómodo. Passei 5 dias neste local com os meus amigos, ideal para grupos 10 pessoas, todo equipado e com boas instalações. Jardim exterior e zona de convívio abrigada. Isolado, por isso, não há problemas com barulho e estamos completamente à vontade. Zona de piscina bastante agradável e zona muito tranquila. A meio caminho entre Mafra e a Ericeira. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, tendo os horários de Check-in e check out sido bastante flexíveis as nossas necessidades. Sem dúvida para repetir!”

Schönes Ferienhaus für große Familien oder mehrere Pärchen 15 Min. vom Surfstrand. Dieses renovierte Landhaus liegt idyllisch in einem Dorf 15 Fahrminuten vom besten Surfstrand in Ericeira, ein Paradies für Surfer. Die Fotos sind stimmig. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sie schenkte uns Honigkuchen, Pudding, Milchreis, Brot, Portwein.... Das war soooo toll! Der Pool ist nice und eine tolle Erfrischung. Zwischen den beiden Mietbereichen ( auf der einen Seite zwei Zimmer, Wohnküche und Bad, auf der anderen Seite drei Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Empore, große Küche mit Essbereich) ist ein windgeschützter Terrassenplatz.... Super! Es gibt ein Cafe, das frische Brötchen für 20 Cent verkauft im Dorf ;) Und nette, versteckte Wanderwege gibt's auch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind da. Einzig die Betten haben keine sehr gute Qualität. Sonst alles bestens! ---------------------------------------- Nice cottage for large families or several couples 15 minutes from the surf beach. This renovated country house is idyllically situated in a village 15 minutes drive from the best surf beach in Ericeira, a surfer's paradise. The photos are consistent. The kitchen is well equipped. The landlords are very cordial and she gave us honey cake, pudding, rice pudding, bread, port .... That was soooo great! The pool is nice and a great refreshment. Between the two rental areas (on one side two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, on the other side three rooms, two bathrooms, a gallery, large kitchen with dining area) is a sheltered patio space .... Great! There is a cafe that sells fresh rolls for 20 cents in the village;) And nice, hidden trails are also there. Sheets and towels are there. Only the beds are not very good quality. Otherwise, everything is fine!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre semaine. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Très bon accueil avec gâteau et porto. Maison spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut. Région très ventée et donc pas de canicule, les températures sont fraiches matin et soir. Commerces à 20 min en voiture.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans leur maison, senhor Humberto et sa femme était vraiment charmant et atttentionnés nous les remercions encore chaleureusement et espérons pouvoir revenir chez eux lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région d'ericeira. Idéale pour deux familles avec enfants car chacune des familles à sa petite maison,sa salle de bain, son petit salon et sa cuisine. Une location qui permet d'avoir son intimité si nécessaire et pratique avec ses 3 salles de bains pour un gain de temps. Située dans un petit village tranquille et traditionnel. Les enfants peuvent jouer en toute tranquillité et sans déranger les voisins. Pratique car à 5 minutes de tous commerces et de la mer. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux, propriétaires d'une boulangerie ils peuvent vous proposer des plats traditionnels fait maison. Expérience à renouveler, bons souvenirs !!!

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 semaines dans cette magnifique maison. Nous étions 3 familles, 6 adultes et 4 adolescent et 1 bébé, tout était parfait (3 salles de bain, grande cuisine, bel espace extérieur, piscine, chambres à coucher en nombre suffisant, pour le bébé tout le matériel nécessaire était sur place à disposition). Les propriétaire sont des gens charmants et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons surement et avec plaisir, de plus la région est magnifique et proche de tous les points d'intérêts (lisbonne, sintra, nazaré, ...)

HAY UN CENTRO CULTURAL DE REUNION DE TODOS LOS VECINOS Y VISITANTES LO CUAL COMPLEMENTA LA ESTANCIA. SOLO NOS ARREPENTIMOS DE UNA COSA, NO PODERNOS QUEDAR MAS TIEMPO.
