Mi lugar es una casa tradicional en el centro histórico de Ericeira, frente a la playa (Praia do Norte) ya poca distancia de otras playas y de los mejores spots de surf. Está cerca de la vida nocturna pero en una calle tranquila. La vista al mar se puede disfrutar desde la terraza o desde el interior de la casa. Hay tres dormitorios dobles, una cocina, una sala de estar y un baño, todos con ventanas. Para los bebés, podemos proporcionar una cama. Esta es una opción perfecta para parejas, familias con niños y amantes del surf. El precio es para 3 personas. Por cada persona adicional hay un pago adicional cuyo valor depende del mes Ideal para 6 personas
Impuesto turístico: Según una ley portuguesa (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) que comenzará su vigencia en 2019, a todos los huéspedes mayores de 13 años se les cobrará un impuesto turístico: Del 1/5 al 31/10 = 2 € Del 1/11 al 30/4 = 1 € por persona por cada noche hasta 7 noches (hasta un máximo de de 7 € o 14 €). Esta tasa deberá ser pagada en efectivo en la entrega de las llaves.

A fabulous house with the most amazing views . House is basic but perfect. Location couldnt be better , right over 2 beaches , very close to shops , and 1 minute to centre of old town , full of restruants and bars . Transport is easy , only 2 or 3 minute walk to the bus station , and there is even a beach bus ! that goes between each beach in town , and has a trailer for surfboards !!!! and only costs € 1.00 . Owner was realy helpful , with arranging pick up from airport , and letting us leave bags after check out ( as we had a late flight ) . Cant wait to go back again .

“Lieu très bien placé avec une terrasse sur laquelle vous pourrez apprécier le coucher du soleil. La maison est bien équipée et les 2 chambres qui donnent côté rue sont calmes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre copains mais nous recommandons également cet endroit pour les familles !”
