The Grove I Ericeira Residences is modern apartment situated in the center of Ericeira but away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife. It was decorated at the base of the wood and branches of trees thinking about our clients. It has all the comfort to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. 2 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom suite, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. Located, Downtown, quiet area. TV in the living room and bedrooms as well as access to the wi-fi is at your disposal. The trade, Continent and other facilities are about 400 m. The beautiful beaches and some surf spots are between 300 and 500 meters. We will give you full support and will be available to:
- Transportation to and from the airport.
- Car rental
- Bicycles / scooters and rental of surfing equipment.
- Guided tours.
- Surf School Reference.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

By Dec“The house is exactly as shown in photos - it’s modern, spacious and bright. Everything is in great condition, the couch is really comfortable and the bed too. The location was perfect - it’s extremely central but in a quiet street. There’s cafe’s, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach nearby so you can do everything by foot. If you’re surfing you might want a car and there’s free parking on the street, it can be busy on the weekend but we found parking every night. There’s a lovely balcony missing from the photos which is a nice spot to have a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening watching the sunset over the town. We’ll be returning in the future!”

“Everything is just like described and the photos represent the apartment perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious and modern. The situation is ideal. A quiet street right in the middle of town. A walking distance to Praia Sul. Communication was very clear. Thumbs up!!”

“The apartment was ideal for us, not wanting to be in any noisy nightlife but close enough to the centre of town to access eateries and shops. It is also well within walking range of the rocky shoreline and its dramatic surf and breakers. Parking was convenient though I think in high season parking spaces might be a little scarce. The apartment is in an older building but has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard inside. The whole place is crisp and stylish as well as functional. The check-in process was smooth and information about the apartment's facilities was thorough. There were also handy hints for local restaurants and shops. The village is interesting too with a mixture of old and new. There isn't much actual beach area here but the coat line is spectacular. If you're a surfer you would love, and if you just want a quiet resort with easy access to some local areas of interest it is great too.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in dem schönen kleinen Surferstädtchen Ericeira gelegen. In der Umgebung liegt in Fußnähe alles erreichbar was man braucht und kann sich trotzdem in Ruhe entspannen. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und hatte die ideale Größe für unsere Familie! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.”

“The flat was just like presented in the pictures. The location is quite central and you will have everything you need nearby. The communication with the host is very uncomplicated. Additionally, he owns a surf school where you can rent equipment or book a lesson. All in all, we had a very pleasant time in Ericeira thanks to Rui, Guilherme and the rest of the team.”
