Par Renate MATEOLa maison se trouve en dehors d'Erceira dans un petit village sur les hauteurs. Belle maison spacieuse. 2 chambres communicantes se trouvent au sous-sol, avec une fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. Espace extérieur très agréable.

“Delightful, well-appointed accommodations in a sweet village with two excellent cafés for a quick breakfast. We grilled steaks on the BBQ and shared many happy family meals at the house. Minutes to the surfing mecca of Ribeira d'Ilhas where there's a great café and three surf schools. Outings to Lisbon, Sintra, and Cascais are less than an hour's drive.”

Gut und schön. wir vermisse sehr die sehr nette Mutter im Haus! Sie hat uns die Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. A very nice place! Immediately after the entrance to the property is a small forecourt with a nice sitting area. Then you come between the houses (left the house, right lives the grandma) over in a beautiful garden with a very pleasant atmosphere. Sufficient seating and also beach chairs and a barbecue are there - everything you need for example for a nice evening. The cosy little adjoining house in the garden is particularly suitable for a couple (or even a single guest who wants to be a bit of himself from time to time). At any rate, daughter and son-in-law felt very well there. In the big house, we had 5 adults and 1 child enough space. And then there is the nice grandma in the house next to it, which was there with words and deeds if you needed something or did not find something. Even though she spoke only Portuguese and we only speak English and Spanish except for German, communication in the most important matters has always worked. The location is quiet in a small village but also close enough to the surf beaches, Lisbon and other places of interest. Altogether very recommendable! Reinhard Ebser and family

Ein sehr schöner Platz! Gleich nach dem Eingang ins Grundstück ist ein kleiner Vorhof mit schöner Sitzecke. Dann kommt man zwischen den Häusern (links das Ferienhaus, rechts wohnt die Oma) vorbei in einen schönen Garten mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und auch Liegestühle und ein Grill sind da - alles was man zu zum Beispiel für einem netten Abend braucht. Das gemütliche kleine Nebenhaus im Garten ist besonders geeignet für ein Paar (oder auch einen einzelnen Gast der ab und zu ein bisschen für sich sein will). Tochter und Schwiegersohn haben sich jedenfalls dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großen Haus hatten wir 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind genug Platz. Und dann ist da noch die nette Oma im Haus daneben, die mit Rat und Tat da war, wenn man was brauchte oder irgendwas nicht fand. Trotzdem sie nur portugiesisch sprach und wir außer deutsch nur englisch und spanisch, hat die Verständigung in den wichtigsten Angelegenheiten immer funktioniert. Die Lage ist ruhig im in einem kleinen Dorf aber auch nahe genug an den Surf-Stränden, an Lissabon und anderen interessanten Orten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Reinhard Ebser und Familie

"Maison très propre et accueillante, bien équipée avec un petit jardin à l''arrière et une "courette" sur le devant. le seul bémol : une chambre avec une fenêtre donnant dans le garage et non en extérieur.Village très calme à 5 mn en voiture de la plage."

petite maison traditionnelle bien sympathique, bien qu'un peu humide à l'étage inférieur

ancienne école joliment rénovée, à 4km de l'océan dans un village tranquille (église à visiter absolument). Confortable et bien équipé, au calme (partie inférieure un peu humide mais sans gêne l'été). Propriétaire sympathique. Lisbonne à une demi heure et Mafra à 10 mn avec nombreux commerces. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
