La casa tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio Habitación (con un pequeño sofá) y cocina juntos. Cuenta con un patio común. La cocina tiene todo para servir, microondas, tostadora, licuadora, platos, cubiertos, etc ... Ropa de cama y las toallas están incluidas. Es VA-una conexión Wi-FI. La casa está en una zona tranquila con zona de aparcamiento. A 100 metros se encuentra el centro comercial "Galerías do Atlântico" del banco, tiendas, restaurantes, etc ... Él-Y-dos playas cercanas: 100 metros está la playa "Sao Sebastiao" y "Playa Algodoo" a unos 200 metros. Playa del pescador es de unos 400 metros y "Ribeira d'Ilhas" el mejor spot de surf es de 1500 metros de distancia de la casa.
Impuesto turístico: Según una ley portuguesa (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) que comenzará su vigencia en 2019, a todos los huéspedes mayores de 13 años se les cobrará un impuesto turístico: Del 1/5 al 31/10 = 2 € Del 1/11 al 30/4 = 1 € por persona por cada noche hasta 7 noches (hasta un máximo de de 7 € o 14 €). Esta tasa deberá ser pagada en efectivo en la entrega de las llaves.

“My boyfriend and I had an excellent holiday in the house. We were warmly welcomed! The house is in a good location: close to a variety of beaches, shops, bus stops ... There is parking space in front of the house, a small corner for lunch in the sun, the area is silent and the Wifi works well. Thank you very much Paulo and Rui.”

“Rui was easy to deal with and the place was perfect for myself, had everything i needed to cook and relax. Awesome spot, nice walk into town and close to Matadouro beach, didn't expect to be so close to neighbours or have a shared courtyard but maybe i did not read the description correctly, in saying this it was not a problem at all the neighbours were nice, not extremely private but private enough, definitely worth the money and the cheapest/best location i could find :)”

We had a really great time in Ericeira. The apartment is simple, but has everything you need. The location is great! Beaches and the center of Ericeira are in walking distance.
